THE RESTAURANT
Located in the Exsel Floralys hotel in Étang-Salé-les-Bains, L’Oasys has been delighting taste buds for almost 20 years. This little corner of paradise lives up to its name, with lush greenery, a relaxed atmosphere and delicious cuisine that make it a real treat.
There’s no set menu here: we cook from the slate, using the day’s produce and the inspiration of the moment. The chef composes his dishes according to market arrivals, offering fresh, local cuisine that respects the seasons. Each dish tells a story, the story of a generous island and sincere expertise.
The Oasys is also an invitation to party! At weekends, it’s all about the Creole atmosphere, with lively evenings featuring music, traditional dishes and good humour.
